Set in the heart of Kent, a private school looked to expand its capacity for older students whilst improving the existing classroom environment and incorporating a new science laboratory. Working closely with the school trust, governors and architect, a proposal was developed that captured the needs of the school and students, whilst working within the financial parameters.

Phasing of the works were also a crucial part as they were to be carried out during both holiday and term time, careful consideration was given to the construction stages to ensure that the services could be installed with minimum disruption whilst allowing easy continuity of the installation between phases.

The end result delivered the much needed additional teaching space with improved air quality, natural lighting and acoustics, providing a premium learning space for students and teachers alike.
