Full design and construction services for the phased refurbishment and redevelopment of a leading private hospital in Kent. The installation of new operating theatres and associated prep and recovery rooms has ensured that it remains one of the areas primary private healthcare medical facilities.

The requirement to maintain operational status of the facility during the works was paramount in the successful delivery of this demanding project. In conjunction with new operating rooms, the works extended to the installation of an additional floor within the building which required the relocation of the existing mechanical and electrical plantrooms and re-routing of the associated service routes. Life expired equipment was replaced in a phased manner and as required to maintain regulatory compliance, whilst providing an allowance for the proposed future expansion.
