Design services from initial inception, including BREEAM & NABERS assessments, to soft-landing handover for this 6-story 743sqm (8000sqft) central London listed building. The works comprised of a CAT A+ fitout, in order to meet the needs a modern office space offers, and ensure compliance with the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) requirements. This Grade II listed building saw the installation of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems whilst respecting and maintaining the historical and graded status of the property.

Success of the project centred around the early engagement and collaboration with English Heritage and local planners to set out the exacting requirements of the building which allowed for the direction of the proposed MEP services to be decided upon and agreed by all parties. This mitigated any issues early on allowing for a smooth and efficient services installation when the project reached construction stage.
