A RIBA Stage 4 design on behalf of the main contractor, this central London hotel comprising of over 269 guest suites, two restaurants and guest experience areas, saw the unique architecture of the building challenge the normal installation standards of MEP services.

The remarkable architectural design and features dictated that only a highly bespoke solution for the MEP services installation could meet the operational requirements of the hotel and its guests, pushing the boundaries of the regulation and design norms across the all aspects of the design.
