An established America brand looking to enter the UK market commissioned initial feasibility surveys and reports to ascertain the most suitable sites within London in which to locate their notable brand for their initial UK market penetration. Full design and construction services were undertaken on 5 sites to ensure the successful launch of this market leading brand.

Due to the nature of use for these projects, there was a very high-capacity demand for hot water, ventilation and air conditioning. Key to the successful delivery of these projects was the early identification of these needs, matching the equipment selections to meet high energy efficiency requirements whilst maximising the net internal area of the property.
