A number of new retail units that required MEP services design to RIBA stage 6, housed in one of the most iconic buildings on London’s skyline to the West of the city. Compliance with the landlords stringent fit out and sustainability guides played a pivotal role in the design, alongside the heritage requirements.

These took precedence when coordinating the services installation to ensure a sympathetic yet functional design was delivered.
