The Fluent MEP team are fully conversant in the RIBA stages and recognise that correct and comprehensive delivery against each stage enables successful project delivery. We work across all RIBA stages, inclusive of stage 7 (in-use) as this plays an important role in closing the performance gap, ensuring the project meets and maintains the end users and clients expectations.
 
From project enquiry through to completion, we provide a single point of contact for seamless project delivery in collaboration with the wider design team. We actively seek early engagement with our clients to ensure that the needs of the project are considered and can be defined, mitigating unknowns later in the delivery process.
